Due to the custom made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we have a no specific return policy. However, if the product is determined to be damaged or defective within 15 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost. We will exchange pieces if the incorrect item was ordered, however, you are responsible for the price difference plus return shipping.

All return packages are to be prepaid, clearly marked with assigned RA and Order #, and securely shipped. It is highly advised that you return any jewelry in a protected package, with insurance and tracking. Catherine Page Jewelry does not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

In order to obtain a return authorization number, a written request must first be made via email to: info@catherinepage.net. If you attempt to return a product outside this process, your exchange/repair may be delayed or refused.
